Job Overview:

Our esteemed healthcare center client in Al Ain is seeking a highly skilled Laser Nurse Technician with a DOH License . The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cosmetology procedures, including laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation, and other skin treatments. You will play a crucial role in patient care, working with advanced laser technologies while ensuring the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Laser Treatments: Perform a variety of laser procedures such as laser hair removal and photo rejuvenation.
  
• Skin Evaluation: Conduct skin analysis and evaluations to determine appropriate laser treatments for patients.
  
• Treatment Planning: Develop personalized treatment plans for patients, including ongoing follow-ups to monitor progress and results.
  
• Patient History: Obtain and maintain accurate medical histories and ensure proper documentation of treatment.
  
• Laser Machine Operation: Proficiently operate and maintain Gentle YAG Candela, Fotona, and other advanced laser systems.
  
• Carbon & Reb Lite Laser Knowledge: Strong understanding and ability to perform procedures using Carbon Laser and Reb Lite through Spectra.
  
• Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and care.
  
• Appointments Management: Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring smooth operation of the clinic’s services.
  
• Culturally Competent Care: Provide culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
  
• Medical Terminology & Technology: Demonstrate a strong understanding of advanced medical technologies and terminology.
  
• Independent Work: Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision.
  
• Patient Interaction: Develop rapport with patients, their families, staff, and physicians.
  
• Assisting Doctors: Assist doctors and medical professionals with initial patient assessments, including taking vital signs and documenting patient details.
  
• Documentation: Accurately document patient records, including doctor’s prescriptions, diagnostic reports, and treatment summaries.
  
• Supportive Role: Provide support to other medical professionals as needed, assisting with tasks such as insurance documentation and lab report management.
  
• General Duties: Perform any other duties that may arise from time to time, supporting the overall operation of the healthcare center.
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 3–4 years of experience working as a Laser Technician in a clinical or healthcare setting.
  
• Licensing: DOH/HAAD registered nurse license is required.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Expertise in performing laser hair removal, photo rejuvenation, and other similar cosmetic procedures.
    
  • Strong knowledge of skin care and aftercare for patients following laser procedures.
    
  • Ability to explain post-procedure care and recovery to clients.
    
  • Proficient in operating laser systems such as Gentle YAG Candela and Fotona.
    
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
    
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively.
    
  • A compassionate and friendly demeanor with the ability to develop strong client relationships.
    
  • Flexibility, initiative, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
    
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
    
  • Knowledge of insurance documentation and handling lab reports.
    

Benefits:

• Salary: AED 7,000 to AED 8,000 per month (depending on experience).
