Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a company providing a comprehensive range of architecture products in the UAE. Our client is looking for a Landscape Supervisor who will be responsible for ensuring that landscape maintenance projects are completed within budget and on schedule, while adhering to quality standards and regulatory requirements. 

Responsibilities:

-     Supervise and coordinate daily landscape maintenance activities, including planting, pruning, irrigation, and pest control.
-     Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget and scope.
-     Inspect landscapes to ensure quality standards are met and recommend necessary improvements.
-     Allocate resources efficiently, including labor, equipment, and materials.
-     Train and guide landscape staff to enhance skills and productivity.
-     Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and company policies.
-     Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on project status and addressing concerns.
-     Prepare and maintain reports, including schedules, budgets, and performance evaluations.


Requirements

-     Diploma or degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field is required
-     Proven experience as a Landscape Supervisor or in a similar role within the landscaping industry.
-     Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, equipment, and plant care.
-     Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
-     Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve project goals.
-     Familiarity with safety and environmental regulations in landscaping.
-     Proficiency in preparing and managing budgets and schedules.
-     Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
-     A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
