Kuwait:

Head Massage Trainer / Quality control Manager Required:

REF: 1547

Position: Head Massage Trainer / Quality control Manager

Location: Kuwait City / Kuwait

Job Description: The aim of this position is to allow our company to significantly grow our therapist count while maintaining great service, quality and NOT sacrificing quality for scale.

Responsibilities:

-Vet and source new therapists

-Onboard and train new therapists

-Develop and implement detailed massage Standard Manuals

-Develop and add new spa services (ex. Meni Pedi, Facials, etc.)

-Quality control and staff management

Requirements:

-5 years experience as a trainer (NOT THERAPIST)

-Computer literate (word, excel, quick to learn new software)

-Highly proactive and self motivated

-Organised and professional

-Critical thinker

-Goes the extra mile

-Nationality of staff required: Open to any that has the skills and experience

-Languages Required: Fluent English (reading and writing)

Hours: Full time.

Start Date: As soon as possible.

Length of contract: Ongoing, permanent.
