Job Description

We are hiring a Kitchen Chef who brings both passion and precision to the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in food preparation and a deep commitment to hygiene, taste, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the set menu and recipes.

· Ensure high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times.

· Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist with inventory control.

· Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations (HACCP).

· Assist in training junior kitchen staff and maintaining smooth workflow.

· Coordinate closely with front-of-house and sous chefs for timely service.

· Uphold consistency in food portions, preparation, and plating.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in a kitchen or chef role.

· High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

· HACCP Certified – knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is a must.

· Strong attention to detail and a passion for culinary excellence.

· Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

· Team player with good communication and time management skills.
