Core Responsibilities:
Business Development
Identify and target new partnership opportunities across varied business sectors
Formulate and execute an individual new business sales strategy
Utilise PR and media opportunities to promote the company brand within the private client sector
Present the companys brand in the finance community as a responsible participant, and attend industry forums and regulatory discussions, to position the company at the high end of the spectrum in all regulatory and partnership activity
Initiate discussions with influential figures to gain access to current information, business development opportunities, sponsorship in sales campaigns, sources of funds, and regulatory influence
Account Management
Key performance metrics ensuring efficient and effective performance is achieved
Work with key internal stakeholders (Service Delivery Team, Marketing, Compliance) to deliver on revenue and metric expectations
Tailor bespoke marketing plans to complement Key partner business model and customer journey
Analyse and understand metric inputs and outputs to determine areas of strength and weakness in performance
Implement, monitor and asses referral process and integration levels with new partners under management
Uphold the strong work ethic and high levels of professional conduct expected by the Global Leadership Team
Requirements
You will need to have a high level of professionalism and in depth knowledge of the partnership network opportunity across the UAE
Planned, calculated and tenacious approach to executing the new business strategy
Ability to influence C suite thinking both internally and externally
Ability to effectively analyze metric performance of the business
Proven background in building a significant new business pipeline and management of top tier affiliate and partner relationships
