Job Description

A leading consulting company with its operations in the UAE and KSA is looking to add to their team the position of a Junior Strategy Consultant with experience in Feasibility Studies. An ideal candidate will have excellent epxeirence in market benchmarking, HBUs, conducting feasibility studies within the real estate sector in the UAE with some knowledge of the KSA markets.

Main Reponsibilities to include:

Ability to generate HBUs (highest and best use) and feasibility studies for clients in the UAE (across real estate maily). Other sectors will be advantageous
Conduct market research / market analysis and provide strategic consulting for clients
Prepared or support in preparing proposals for development and advisory services for developments based in Dubai (some tasks related to KSA will be a plus)

Requirements

Experience/ Education:

Experience of 2-3 years within a similar role (either within a developer or consultant)
Degree in Real Estate would be essential or any other relevant degree
