Job Description

Are you a dynamic and results-driven professional with a passion for sales and craftsmanship in the Joinery or furniture industry? We are looking for a Joinery Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales in our premium joinery division, specializing in doors, kitchens, wardrobes, and other fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the joinery sector.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients.
  • Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective client consultations and follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge: Present detailed information about our joinery products, materials, and finishes, showcasing their quality and craftsmanship.
  • Quotations and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver accurate project proposals, quotes, and negotiate contracts to close sales deals.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to provide informed recommendations.


Requirements



  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in joinery, furniture, or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Networking Ability: Existing contacts in the construction, interior design, and architectural industries are a plus.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present ideas clearly.
  • Negotiation: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with joinery processes, materials, and finishes.
