Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales (Tagalog speaker) with a proven track record in hard-core sales. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in the sales field, with a preference for candidates who have previously sold IT solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, resilience, and the ability to close deals in a competitive market. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: - Identify and research potential clients through various channels (online research, networking, cold calling, email campaigns, etc.). - Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads. - Conduct outreach to generate interest and set up meetings with potential clients. Sales & Relationship Management: - Understand client needs and present appropriate products or services. - Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. - Follow up on leads and maintain communication throughout the sales process. Sales Target Achievement: - Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets. - Track and report sales activities, conversion rates, and market trends. - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize strategies. Product & Market Knowledge: - Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive offerings. - Provide insights on customer needs and market demands. - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques. · Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or business development. · Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Ability to manage multiple leads and prioritize tasks effectively. · Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). · Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. · Experience in the IT industry is preferred.
