Weekly review meeting
Monthly management review meeting
Quarterly Health check activity and reporting
Identify and classify security risks and maintain the same in a risk log/register
Prepare mitigation strategies for identified risks
Monitor and update risk profiles
Report the identified risks and the proposed mitigation plan on monthly basis
Developing Escalation Matrix
Define clear escalation team members and their roles and responsibilities within the escalation matrix
Resolution of problems related to system maintenance including management of third-party suppliers and specialist sub-contractor
Systems and Infrastructure Condition Assessment, Preventive Maintenance Plan with Maintenance Budgets and Key Performance Indicators
Contractor Prequalification, Evaluation for Selection & Recommendation
Suggested to unify all (applications contracts) & (Infrastructure contracts) with one contract for each
