Job Description

An IT PBO Company working on multiple government projects in Saudi Arabia, it is currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic IT PMO Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 13 years of hands-on experience in successfully managing IT projects and programs using the latest methodologies, including Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile. The successful candidate should possess a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Lead the planning, execution, and closing phases of IT projects and programs.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

· Ensure projects are executed using the latest project management methodologies (Waterfall, Hybrid, Agile).

· Utilize PM certifications and expertise to drive successful project outcomes.

· Oversee the implementation and integration of Oracle ERP suite, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, ITIL v4, and other relevant technologies.

· Provide leadership in system architecture and software development lifecycle.

· Monitor and control project risks, scope, schedule, and budget.

· Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment.

Qualifications & Requirements:

· Minimum of 13+ years of experience in managing IT projects and programs.

· Hold certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, P30, SAFe Agilist 5.1, SAFe Product Owner/Manager, SCRUM.

· Proven experience in managing projects using Waterfall, Hybrid, and Agile methodologies.

· Knowledge and hands-on experience in Oracle ERP suite, Jira, CI/CD, DevOps, Automation, ITIL v4, IT Infrastructure, software development lifecycle, Systems architecture, and Systems integration.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

· Ability to identify and solve complex problems, ensuring project objectives are met.

· Adaptability to changing priorities, ability to work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Arabic language speakers preferred.
