The Job holder will handle The Company IT Helpdesk tickets/requests and user support over the phone or email. Ensuring that all requirements necessary to protect The Company mission and core business processes are adequately addressed across the enterprise architecture.
Technical and Functional Duties and Responsibilities
• Follow all relevant policies, processes, and procedures so that work is performed in an ethical, professional, and uniform manner • Manage day to day activities, timeline, and resources and provide advice as needed • Serving as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email • Performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support or subject matter experts (SME) • Ensure that all regular health checks are carried out remotely on all IT components • Provide accurate information on IT products or services • Deliver best in class customer services
Requirements
• BA/BS in IT, Computer Science and/or Engineering. • 3 years of relevant experience as IT HelpDesk or IT Specialist. • Prior experience within the KSA and the Middle East region. • Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic.
