Our client is looking for an IT Application Support Analyst who would be responsible for process improvement in the Operations Department. Will be creating various forms and software and application solutions for the business. Will be teaming up with data analysts and others in designing and redesigning applications for the various processes. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to: · Assessing problems · Identifying and assessing technological solutions · Troubleshooting and solving existing problems · Working with cross-functional teams · Providing on-call support · Maintaining records and writing reports · Application support skills · Good Verbal and written communication skills, Multi-Tasker, Patient, Critical Thinker, and Strong in Relationship Management. · Should have Strong Technical Skills like understanding Structured Query Language (SQL) · Knowledge of other programming languages like Java, .Net languages, and HTML · Up-to-date application software coding and script in knowledge · Knowledge of standard IT hardware and equipment · Ability to learn and understand IT management software · Ability to diagnose and solve application issues To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements: Requirements
