Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a Investment & Strategy Manager for one of our leading clients – a diversified holding company. This pivotal role will focus on capital management, investment planning, and investor relations, aimed at supporting the financial growth and long-term sustainability of the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing capital allocation, securing funding, and aligning investment strategies with the company’s vision, while managing strong investor and stakeholder relationships.

Capital Management & Fundraising:

- Develop and execute strategies to raise capital from institutional investors, banks, and private equity firms.

- Engage and pitch investment opportunities to potential investors aligned with growth objectives.

- Negotiate financing terms and funding agreements to support liquidity and financial sustainability.

Investor Relations & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and key external stakeholders.

- Prepare and present investor reports, pitch decks, and financial presentations.

- Serve as a liaison between the holding company, subsidiaries, and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.

Strategic Planning & Capital Allocation:

- Design and implement capital strategies in line with corporate investment goals.

- Optimize capital allocation across subsidiaries and investment portfolios for maximum returns.

- Conduct financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation to support planning and decision-making.

Investment Analysis & Market Research:

- Monitor markets, trends, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities and risks.

- Evaluate M&A opportunities and joint ventures, providing detailed financial assessments.

- Advise leadership on market insights and investment performance.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

- Track financial performance of investments and subsidiaries.

- Report to CIO and leadership on investment returns, capital efficiency, and risk.

- Recommend strategic adjustments to align with financial goals.

Risk Management & Compliance:

- Identify investment risks and develop mitigation strategies.

- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to corporate governance.

- Work with legal and finance teams to structure deals in line with policy.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).

- 5+ years of experience in investment management, corporate finance, or strategic planning in BIG 4 or Investment company.

- Proven success in capital raising, investor relations, and financial planning.

- Professional certifications like CFA or CPA are advantageous.

- Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.

- High-level presentation and communication skills for board and investor engagement.
