Job Description

We are searching for an Investment Associate – Emirati national to work with a well-known government entity in Abu Dhabi.

In this role, you will help our clients manage their investment portfolios. You will work closely with the team to help manage the operational side of their investments, including forecasting market trends, analyzing, and observing each clients portfolio for changes. You will work with a third party to generate reports and conduct general financial planning or risk analysis.

Other responsibilities will include:

Providing clients with information about potential investments by reviewing companies financial statements and other reports, as well as researching industry trends
Meeting with clients to discuss their investment objectives and needs, including recommending appropriate investments.
Managing clients existing portfolios, including conducting research and adjusting fit clients changing needs
Researching potential investment opportunities in stocks, bonds, mutual funds, or other securities
Recommending changes to existing investment portfolios based on market conditions.
Keep track of market changes to inform your decisions.
Work with the investment analysts to help manage the companys investment portfolio.
Inform the head of the department of changes in the portfolios.
Assist in the creation of various reports to understand the movement of investments.
Conduct market research as applicable.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following requirements:

Bachelors degree in finance or any related courses
4 years experience in the same role or experience working in an investment research/analysis capacity, provided that you have experience in doing financial modeling and investment analysis as part of your daily duties
Market forecasting and research abilities.
CFA or any investment-related certifications will be a plus.
Good knowledge of creating reports using various tools
Strong communication and analytical abilities
Emirati national with a valid family book and UAE passport
Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
