We are looking to hire a Food Cost Controller/ Inventory Controllerfor one of the Top class outlet located inAl Ain, Abu Dhabi
To qualify for this position, you should haveat least 3 - 5 years previous work experiencein theFood & Beverage Industry.It is an immediate start.
Responsibilities:
To control the Food & Beverage Cost.
Prepare daily flash food cost report and send to management.
In charge of Menu Engineering in terms of costing
Maintain the Outlets and store Par stock on a quarterly basis.
Prepare variance analysis for food & beverage and communicating / discussing with relevant parties.
Coordinate with restaurant management and finance to sort out issues pertaining to F&B
Update selling prices in POS as per the instruction from authorized persons.
Check the daily Food & Beverage revenues report submitted by the Income Auditor for accuracy of covers and average check.
Check and ensure all menu items have a recipe
Participate for stock taking in all the outlets.
Arrange surprise spot checks at the outlets and take the necessary action.
Spot check on the receiving department to ensure that the scales are correct. To also verify that the quantity and price is as per the LPO.
Check and ensure that no material is issued out from the store without the approved requisition form.
Prepare daily staff meal cost report.
Check invoices against receiving record and compare them with purchase order and purchase request, the by signed and stamped are invoices all that ensure to authorized person.
Ensure that purchasing obtain up to date and accurate prices by comparing against the suppliers quotations.
Check and review filled requisitions and ensure that goods are not issued more than requested.
