Job Description

Black & Grey HR is currently Headhunting for a prominent construction company with a strong global presence. We are seeking an exceptional candidate to join their organization as an International Director.

As the International Director, you will assume a critical role in leading and managing the coordination and development of the companys construction business operations across 4 countries. Leveraging your exemplary managerial and commercial skills, you will formulate and execute business strategies that align with management guidelines. By capitalizing on market opportunities and leveraging internal capabilities, you will drive the companys growth and success.

Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership: As the International Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive business strategies that align with management guidelines. This will involve analyzing market opportunities and leveraging the companys internal capabilities to drive growth and success.

- Execution Oversight: You will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the implementation stages of the business strategy. By providing strategic direction and ensuring effective execution across departments and projects, you will contribute to the companys overall success.

- Budgeting and Investment: In this role, you will formulate budgets and investment plans that align with the established invoicing and economic objectives. By carefully managing financial resources and making strategic investment decisions, you will help drive the companys financial success.

- Customer Satisfaction: Prioritizing customer satisfaction will be a key responsibility. You will promptly address any complaints or adjustments, ensuring that customer needs are met and that the companys reputation and interests are protected.

- Collaboration and Partnerships: Fostering alignment and collaboration among teams will be vital to the role. You will cultivate partnerships with other areas and companies, exploring opportunities for collaboration to enhance the companys overall effectiveness and success.

- Market Analysis and Improvement: Continuous monitoring, analysis, and anticipation of market trends will be essential. By staying informed about market dynamics, you will be able to make informed decisions and drive improvements to achieve the companys objectives.

- Culture of Cooperation: As the International Director, you will promote a culture of cooperation and collaboration among the teams under your supervision. Requirements

- Experience: Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, demonstrating a successful track record in leading international construction projects. This experience will showcase your ability to navigate complex challenges and deliver results.

- Education: A Masters degree in civil engineering, complemented by a post-graduate degree in Management or an equivalent management course, will provide you with the necessary foundation to excel in this role.

- Language Skills: Fluent English (advanced level) is essential for effective communication. Intermediate proficiency in Arabic/French is highly desirable, and knowledge of additional languages would be advantageous given the global nature of the companys operations.
