These brands include major international and regional names such as Time Out, Arabian Business, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ, Construction Week and Condé Nast Traveller.

JOB PURPOSE 


The incumbent will play a key role in understanding the needs of the business and helping to match it to opportunities for growth. This internship would suit someone who’s passionate about people, research and co-ordination. The Talent Acquisition Intern is someone is organized, passionate and digitally savvy intern to help support the talent team responsible for the KSA region. This role is aimed at giving someone great insight into working in a HR department in one of the largest media company, and have them take responsibility for implementing our Talent Acquisition strategy.


The intern will be paid a monthly stipend.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Intern – Talent Acquisition will primarily be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Talent Acquisition Activities & Delivery

o  Screening candidate applications, arranging interviews and liaising with our colleagues in the KSA, UAE and across the other countries in our market.

o    Recommend and assist with the delivery of activities that’s aligned to the recruiting strategies

o    You should be a member of social and professional networks, enjoy planning and creating content for social media like Instagram and Facebook, and also be excited to expand your experience within HR. This could be helping to recruit, representing us at career fairs, and also getting involved with the training and development of employees already with us.

  • Talent Acquisition Coordination

o    Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of ITP Media Group’s current and existing vacancies in KSA that is aligned with the company goals and strategic plan

o    Co-ordinate and follow-up on all Talent Acquisition activities in KSA – Internal & External

o    Maintain active monitoring and follow-up through on-going Talent Acquisition process

o    Provide support to all Hiring Managers and candidates as required

  • Talent Acquisition and Reporting

o    Monitor and track Talent Acquisition activities by maintaining accurate updated records of candidates information and a dashboard

  • Talent Acquisition Research

o    Strive to expand our offerings by researching new sources to recruit and speaking to potential candidates to build a pipeline for future roles.

o    Research and recommend recruiting tools and portals that aligns with the HR & TA strategy

o    Conduct an analysis and recommend graduate programs based on market best practice

o    Research and recommend effective processes and tools for Talent Acquisition evaluation and reporting

o    Actively initiate relationships and partnerships with industry associations related to the media industry

  • Assist with general support for Human Resources (including talent acquisition and operational HR) and participate and assist in other projects as required

  • QUALIFICATIONS

·         Min. High School Diploma/GCSE

      .         Fresh graduate or 1st/2nd year students in Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration or related major.
