Job Description

Our client is a well-established boutique interior fit out firm specializing in luxury residential and commercial refurbishment projects.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced interior fit out site engineer to join their Dubai office.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing refurbishment interior fit out projects to ensure the seamless execution of all civil and joinery work to meet the highest quality standards and client expectations.

Role Summary

Coordinate all site activities to meet project deadlines and budgets.
Daily site inspections to monitor progress and quality of civil and joinery works.
Coordinate on site resources – labor, equipment and materials and resolve issues.
Ensure subcontractors adhere to mandatory health and safety requirements onsite.
Prepare detailed project progress reports.
Liaise with clients to address queries and concerns.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

4 – 5 years’ interior fit out site experience focused on onsite quality control of carpentry, joinery, woodwork, gypsum, flooring, landscaping and civil works.
Proficiency in reading MEP and technical drawings.
UAE driving license.

Candidate Profile

Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English.
Proactive, problem solving with a ‘can do’ attitude.
Professional appearance with excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Professional work ethic.
