Job Description
Our client is a holding leading investment company in the UAE, seeking an artful Interior Architectural Designer (Arabic speaker). The key duties for this job include managing the budget and timeline of various projects and meeting with clients to establish their requirements. It also includes developing and executing design plans and keeping up to date with the latest building regulations. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership skills, can meet tight deadlines, and can combine art with architectural science. Theyre also comfortable using computer software, such as CAD or BIM, have at least five years of experience and possess all the necessary credentials. · This includes mill-work, tile, elevations, plans, sections and RCPs.
· Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications.
· Site visits and assisting in construction supervision.
· Site survey / measures of existing conditions and producing drawings of the same.
· Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants.
· Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously.Requirements
· Organized, detail oriented, deadline driven, fast-paced team player.
· Strong technical and practical CAD skills with an understanding of architectural conventions, including floor.
· Plans, elevations, sections, RCP, electrical and mill-work.
· Experience and interest in traditional and modern detailing.
· Strong understanding of and proficiency in producing all schedules.
· Job site experience including working with architects, builders and landscape architects, measuring and producing.
· 3D CAD and strong presentation graphics, both hand drawing and computer as well as Photoshop presentations.
