We are hiring an Incident Manager for one of our clients in Doha.

Requirements
Minimum of six years of Change/Incident/Problem Management experience.
Working knowledge of Incident/Problem/Change Management frameworks such as ITIL v3/V4 with minimum certification of Intermediate level.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with multiple levels of the organization, including interaction with senior level stakeholders, internal and external.
Strong influencing and relationship management skills.
Excellent ability to manage multiple high priority efforts/competing priorities and flexibility to adjust to changing requirements, schedules and priorities.
Self-driven and resourceful to achieve goals independently as well as work well in groups.
High level of IT literacy.
Experience in Incident/event management tools.
Ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments.
Project Management experience is a plus.
BE/B.Tech Degree or equivalent in years of progressive experience in Service Provider environments.
Able to work in shifts in a 24x7 environment in Client’s Enterprise Support with a flexibility in work hours when needed.
