We are hiring a Hygiene Officer for one of our clients in Doha.

Candidates who have the required qualification and good experience may apply.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience with HACCP implementation in similar fields preferably in international catering companies or five-star hotel
Bachelors degree in microbiology or food services
HACCP internal audit course
Advance food hygiene training certificate
Responsible for HACCP program implementation through monitoring, coordination, assessment verification and follow up
To comply with local and international hygiene standards and assist in correcting production and stewarding operations
Daily monitoring of HACCP procedures and guidelines
Liaise daily with catering manager, cook, and stewarding for up-to-date information and communication
Handling all good safety and hygiene concerns including customer complaints related to food safety
Conducting training in basic food hygiene, intermediate, awareness course, and other related programs.
To perform hazards analysis & continual improvement in food safety
With a transferable visa and valid QID/ NOC
Residing in Qatar
