Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, ensuring full utilization of the CICC Tool.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
Oversee new starter process, ensuring employees are provided with all information and resources required and connected with Finance and Administration for payroll and visa requirements.
Manage medical insurance program administration in UAE ensuring all documents are provided to the insurer for new employees with no gap in coverage and all leavers are communicated to the insurer.
Provide probation documentation to managers when new starter joins, diarize probation check in and completion dates and ensure successful completion is formally communicated (or performance management process initiated in case of probation extension).
Work with managers throughout performance management proceedings, coaching through process and documenting outcomes of meetings, performance development plans and following up on progress.
Undertake exit interviews with all leavers (where appropriate).
Prepare quarterly turnover report with insights regarding exit interview feedback and trends; make recommendations as to how to positively affect retention rates.
Ensure full employee participation in group-wide Colleague Satisfaction Surveys.
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Ensure smooth collaboration across all disciplines within the group and promote interconnectedness between individual agencies.
Requirements
Education Degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Advertising industry.
Experience in the UAE market is a must. Experience in KSA is a plus.
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
Good knowledge of HR systems and databases.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE labor law and HR best practices.
Very strong writing and speaking skills.
