Candidates must have 7 – 10 years’ experience in UAE talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management and general UAE HR administration related to JAFZA and mainland employment formalities.

Candidates must have experience developing and implementing a results-oriented people strategy and 10+ years’ experience in HR strategy development, transformation and change management; talent acquisition and management, employee relations, compensation and reward, performance management, employee assessment and development, succession, DE&I and HRIS.
The role is primarily responsible for managing the employee journey; building an engaged and productive workforce that is aligned to the business values and objectives and improving business performance through people.
The successful candidate will have deep experience driving organization wide talent initiatives in a fast-moving, complex, and growing organization.
Role Summary
Design and implement HR strategies and policies to build a high-performing culture of success, accountability, transparency and collaboration to drive employee engagement and business results.
Provide strategic HR support to the leadership team and drive culture change through business leaders.
Talent acquisition and management – hire and onboard candidates; process offer letters and manage all aspects of employee employment visas and UAE Government requirements.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation and off boarding through to final settlement.
Develop and retain talent / performance management – manage the probation and annual performance review process, coaching, career development and succession planning.
Salary benchmarking – job and competencies design, grading and alignment of salaries to meet market conditions.
Develop employee engagement, recognition, reward and retention programs.
HR data and metrics – analyze employee data to identify and mitigate workforce risks.
Employee relations - provide advice and resolve employee disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and employment related matters in accordance with company policies and procedures, UAE Labor Law and best practice.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
10+ years’ experience as a Human Resources generalist; minimum 5 years’ experience as a mid-level UAE HR generalist in the UAE financial services sector with deep working knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
Demonstrable experience of owning and driving people strategies and proactively identifying opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and employee engagement in high growth organizations.
