This standalone role presents a unique opportunity for an experienced professional to make a significant impact on our HR function.

As the HR Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of transformative HR initiatives. With a focus on enhancing employee engagement, performance, and satisfaction, you will leverage your hands-on expertise to drive the adoption of HR systems such as SuccessFactors or similar platforms. Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you will develop and execute innovative strategies to align HR practices with business objectives and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of HR systems, including SuccessFactors, from requirement gathering to user training and ongoing support.
  
• Develop and execute comprehensive HR transformation strategies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  
• Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
  
• Drive performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and talent development programs, to optimize employee performance and career growth.
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement change management strategies, ensuring successful adoption of new HR processes and technologies.
  
• Collaborate with HR leadership to design and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines that promote compliance, diversity, and inclusion.
  
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
  
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to HR team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
