Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Talent & Performance Reports Management Specialist to oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of talent and performance data. This role involves supporting HR initiatives by providing accurate insights, maintaining data integrity, and facilitating effective decision-making to enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and generate HR talent and performance reports accurately and timely.
- Analyze HR data to identify trends and insights related to employee performance, engagement, and talent acquisition.
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to understand reporting needs and deliver customized reports.
- Maintain and update HR databases ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support HR projects related to talent management, performance appraisal, and employee development.
- Assist in the development and improvement of HR reporting tools and dashboards.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws regarding data handling and reporting.
- Prepare presentations and summaries of HR metrics for management review.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in HR reporting, data analysis, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
