he HR Operations Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of HR functions including employee lifecycle processes, HR data management, compliance, and policy implementation.
Requirements
*Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage onboarding, employee records, contract preparation, transfers, promotions, exits, and off boarding processes.
*HRIS and Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems, and Headcount.
*Attendance and Time Management:
Oversee employee attendance tracking through HRIS, maintain leave records, respond to leave-related queries, and ensure alignment with company policy and labour laws.
*Payroll Support:
Prepare and verify monthly attendance, leave reports. Coordinate with the payroll team by providing accurate input data for salary processing and change of status to Assist in resolving attendance-related payroll discrepancies.
