Black & Grey is hiring for a fast growing Event Management and Advertising company in Saudi. Our client is looking for a professional and dedicated HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes of the organization.
- Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- Preparing & Updating Company HR Policy and procedures in accordance with labor Law and provide awareness on policies and procedures
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Develop training and development programs
- Plan, Organize & Implement Performance Management System
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Knowledge & usage methods of all official online applications of Labor, visa & other business-related Authority approvals
- Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
Requirements
- Proven experience as HR Manager in similar Industry ( Event Management )
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Active skills listening and good communication skills
