Our client, a well-established Real Estate organization that specializes in multiple projects across the Middle East and Europe, are looking to add to their business the position of HR Manager.
Within this role, you will be required to:
Execute and plan the overall talent management of the organization, including succession planning and salary bench-marking
Ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of employees
Facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals
Timely review of company policies in accordance with the UAE Labour Law and compliance with legal requirements
Oversee the onboarding process, training and development of employee skills through relevant Training Programs
Development of HR policies, procedures in line with the companys goals and objectives
Conduct exit interviews and initiating remedial actions
Support payroll related activities and recruitment process
Other general HR Administration tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelors or a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Relevant UAE experience of 4-5 years within HR / Talent Management
Must be well informed of current HR Trends and UAE Labour Laws
