Our client, a growing FMCG company is looking to hire for the position of an HR Manager. Within this role, you will be shadowing the HR Leader in the organization transformation journey. A successful applicant will be a well-rounded HR professional managing end-to-end processes.
Main responsibilities to include:
Manager the Talent Acquisition process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding, creating job descriptions by collaborating with the hiring managers
Co-anchor the creation of training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities
Employee issues and conflicts resolution
Ensure the organizations compliance
Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to the team
Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently
Maintain company organization charts and employee directory
Partner with the management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives
Maintain HR systems and processes
Conduct performance and salary reviews
Provide support and guidance to HR staff
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
Design and implement employee retention strategies
Requirements
5-8 years of HR Generalist experience in consumer industry
Strong understanding of FMCG/Manufacturing value chain
