Job Description

Job Purpose:


We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Executive to join our team at ITP Media Group. The HR Executive will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, in alignment with the company’s culture, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the growth and success of our organisation.



Responsibilities:

 

Onboarding & Offboarding:

  • Manage the onboarding, induction & monitor probation completion of new joiners
  • Maintain and keep the HRIS updated, ensure proper documentation and filing process are in place
  • Manage the employee separation process, exit interviews, closure of exit formalities and final settlement with employees

 

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances promptly and professionally
  • Implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement
  • Monthly payroll review
  • Ad hoc HR projects when required

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant with UAE regulations
  • Manage benefits related to medical insurance activation / deletion
  • Support in managing and looking at ways of improving employee benefits with insight from market trends and internal needs

 

HR Policies and Compliance:

  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour laws
  • Ensure compliance with labour regulations and stay updated of any legal changes
  • Prepare employment contracts, addendums and company letters

 

HR Reporting:

  • Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for management review
  • Analyse data to identify trends and make informed decisions



Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or similar role in the UAE.
  • In-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office suite.
