Job Description

We are looking to hire an HR & Admin Assistant (with Medical Centre background) for one of our clients in Abu Dhabi. To qualify for this position you should have 3 to 5 years of experience in a Medical Centre / Hospital as HR & Admin Personnel.

Role & Responsibilities 
  • Experience in ADHICS systems (Abu Dhabi Healthcare Information and Cyber Security Standard) (ADHICS)
  • Applying for HAAD / DOH License for new staff,
  • DOH License Renewals / Cancellation of current staff
  • Arranging Staff Leave
  • Scheduling Staff Rota / Duties
  • Renewing Clinic / Medical Centre HAAD License
  • Renewal of Insurance for Staff as well as Medical Centre
  • Liaising with Insurance Companies for renewals and claims
  • Applying / Renewing Malpractice Insurance
  • Experience in Tasneef
  • Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
  • Provide counselling on policies and procedures
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance

Requirements & Skills

  • Proven experience as HR officer in a Medical Centre / Hospital
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  • Strong ethics and reliability
  • BSc/BA in business administration, social studies or relevant field; further training will be a plus
  • HR Credentials will be an advantage (e.g. PHR from the HR Certification Institute)

To qualify for this position you must have enhanced knowledge about HAAD / DOH regulations when applying / renewing HAAD / DOH Licenses of staff and clinic. you should also have very good knowledge about Insurance regulations when applying / renewing Medical Insurance / Malpractice Insurance for staff and Clinic.
