Job Description

  • Entering employment data into the company database
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes
  • Assisting higher-level HR staff with the hiring process
  • Setting up recruitment and training events
  • Answering any employee inquiries
  • Creating staff handbooks and newsletters
  • Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations
  • Updating employee holiday and sickness records
  • Develop training and onboarding material
  • Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
  • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related metrics like total number of hires by department


Requirements

  • With at least 7 years Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Having a valid UAE Driving License is a plus point
