Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager for a prominent private household based in Abu Dhabi. This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic individual to oversee the operations of a fully staffed, high-end residence catering to a large family. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a House Manager, ideally with a strong butler background Experience managing and motivating a large team within a fully staffed private residence Exceptional training and mentoring skills – the ability to lead by example and implement structured training programs is essential Strong background in event coordination and logistics High attention to detail with the ability to uphold the highest standards in household management Culturally sensitive, professional, and adaptable Confident managing the needs of a large family (10+ members) Strong organizational and time management skills Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations and all staff within the household Implement and maintain high service standards across all departments Conduct regular training sessions to upskill staff and ensure consistency in performance Coordinate and manage in-house events and functions to a luxury standard Manage household logistics, schedules, and guest services Act as the main point of contact between the family and household staff Maintain discretion, professionalism, and a calm demeanor under pressure Package Includes: Accommodation provided Meals and transport included Live-in role with full support structure Competitive salary negotiable depending on experience This role is ideal for a professional House Manager who is ready for a fresh, exciting challenge in a fast-paced, luxurious environment.
