Job Description

  • Experience using measurement and quality control devices including gauges, micrometers, calipers and other quality inspection devices.
  • Able to read and interpret blue prints and job orders
  • Operate relevant machine for machining of components to provided specifications.
  • Operating knowledge of Spline machining, Drilling tapping, Reboring, 
  • Knowledge of rotating speeds, feed rates, and depths of cuts. Knowledge of design of fixtures. In process Inspection.


Requirements

  • Working experience Horizontal Boring Machine and Milling Machine Operator
  • Overall 10yrs work experience preferred 
  • Preferably ITI qualified or equivalent vocational training
  • Physical endurance Able to stand for long hours
