Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the waitstaff team, ensuring high service standards.
  • Handle VIP guests and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor junior waitstaff.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams for smooth operations.
  • Resolve guest concerns effectively.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in high-end or luxury beach clubs.
  • Leadership skills and hospitality certification preferred.
  • Fluent in English; bilingual candidates prioritized.
