Develop work plans and mechanisms for adopting best practices in planning, implementing and evaluating training and development activities for human resources and measuring the return in the ministry, applying the requirements of career and training programs, career succession and qualifying distinguished talents, as well as following up on the requirements of implementing the job performance management system in order to achieve integration between individual and strategic performance planning Organizing the work of the contracted training centers, and following up on compliance with the policies, systems and procedures approved in the training and development system and the performance management system approved by the ministry, in accordance with the policies and regulations of the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources. In addition to following up on the results of implementing the operational plan and performance indicators and ensuring the efficiency of coordination with the Diplomatic Academy and various strategic partners and agencies through supervision and follow-up on all relevant operational work.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Master’s Doctorate Specialization: Human Resources, Business Administration, or its equivalent
