Managing the provision of legal advice and support to all departments of the company, supervising the preparation of legal documents, managing legal affairs, and determining the actions to be taken in the face of the legal risks that the company may face.
Leadership in the development of the offices strategic objectives and plans in line with the strategy, vision and mission at the level of the company system as a whole
Overseeing the implementation and achievement of the company strategic objectives and objectives
Directing the preparation, allocation and use of the company budget and the exercise of expenditure control when needed
Review all periodic office performance reports and provide recommendations and guidance when needed to enhance the company performance
Monitoring key performance indicators of the offices operations and staff and recommending improvements in line with strategic objectives at the level of the authoritys system as a whole
Responsible for shaping the offices workforce by determining the level of staff availability required and the ability to achieve the offices strategic objectives and plans
Provide professional development support by providing effective feedback and evaluating the performance of office staff
Support efforts in aspects of cooperation, innovation, innovative thinking and improved office-based processes

Bachelor of Law
Professional experience
Experience in legal affairs, law or any relevant area, so that at least:
Years of experience for bachelors degree campaign: 6 to 8 years
