Our client is a leading events technology agency and as part of their growth, we are recruiting an experienced agency side creative design / art director to join their Dubai office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the creative design of unique digital experiences and services that “wow” the audience.
Role Summary
Liaise with clients to determine the scope of their requirements, develop the creatives and oversee the production of creatives for all projects.
Develop the brand voice, visual style, concepts, storyboards, sequential animations, and final layouts to meet client requirements based on a strong understanding of target audiences.
Write requirements and specifications for concept art, 3D models, animations, and effects.
Develop the brand voice and visual style.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5 years’ experience as an art director / senior concept designer within a marketing agency environment with a strong aptitude for digital creativity and customer engagement.
Able to tale client briefs and deliver projects within budget and deadlines.
Strong with visual styles, rendering, sequential animations and motion, gameplay, audio, VFX, video games, live streaming, augmented reality, virtual reality, spatial and experiential concepts and designs.
Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Substance Painter, Illustrator, XD, After Effects and 3D art packages such as Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, and Zbrush.
Team building skills.
Working knowledge of Unity is a strong advantage.
Commercial acumen in business, marketing, innovation and design.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Art, Graphic Design or related field.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the United Arab Emirates – must be able to live and work in Dubai.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write, speak and understand fluent English.
Fluency in Tagalog is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills to engage with senior level stakeholders and manage international teams across various time zones.
