Job Description

Our client, a well-established organization with diverse portfolios in Investments and Real Estate with operations across the MEA region is looking to add to their business, the position of Head of Asset Management.

Within this role, you will lead, manage and drive the overall functions of Property Management and also optimize the service levels of the Facility Management division.

Main Responsibilities to include:

Manage the overall strategy for properties and portfolio and conduct quarterly reviews, make changes based on market conditions

Set budgets, revenue forecasts and targets for each property and portfolio and oversee capital improvement projects

Liaise with the FM team to implement a structured CAPEX plan

Advising on investment strategy from an Asset Management perspective

Analyze each propertys performance and ensure performance is in line with strategy

Requirements

You will have at least 15 years of UAE experience in Property and Facility Management with a minimum of 4-5 years within a managerial role

Must be detail-oriented with the ability to drive value of Assets

Experience in creating revenue models for Assets

Experience in the technical aspect of Asset Management
