Job Description
Passionate about coffee and leadership? We’re looking for a Head Barista with hands-on experience in the UAE who can lead a team, craft exceptional beverages, and deliver memorable service with flair and consistency. Key Responsibilities: · Supervise and lead barista staff to maintain high coffee standards and service quality. · Prepare espresso-based and specialty coffee drinks to perfection. · Train and onboard new baristas, ensuring alignment with brand standards. · Manage inventory, stock rotation, and coffee equipment maintenance. · Handle customer feedback with professionalism and positivity. · Support overall café operations and work closely with management. · Maintain a clean and welcoming bar area at all times. · Minimum 6 months of barista experience in the UAE. · High School or Diploma graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field. · Strong understanding of specialty coffee and brewing methods. · Confident, engaging personality with great communication skills. · Ability to lead and mentor a small team. · Must be presentable, punctual, and service-driven. · Preference will be given to candidates from European or South American backgrounds, to match brand identity and customer engagement style. · Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
