Were looking to hire a friendly, highly motivated Guest Relations Manager for a client within the hospitality industry based in Dubai. As a Guest Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant operations to deliver excellent Guest and Member experience.
Main duties to include:
Provide upscale guest service for all guests - entrance to exit
Manage Restaurant operations to deliver excellent guest experience
Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Work within budgeted guidelines to maximize budgeted revenue
Monitor daily booking reservations, be wary of any changes, inquiries and special requests
Ensure the highest standards are maintained in daily revenue operations
Carry out daily staff briefings and enable a smooth transition and handover of information between team shifts
Work closely with the Head Chef in the F&B menu development
Ensure all front house and back of house areas are maintained day to day and operate at world-class level
