About the Role:

Our client, a growing Project Management organization in Al Ain, is seeking a Fresher Graphic Designer cum Admin Assistant to support their creative and administrative operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level professional to gain practical experience in both graphic design and office management within a professional setting. Arabic language proficiency is a must for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating visually engaging designs for various marketing materials and internal communications.
Support the design team with creative tasks, including digital and print media.
Manage administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
Provide general office assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Maintain files and records related to both design and administrative tasks.
