The main focus of the Graphic Designer is to conceptualize, execute, and maintain all of Quant’s visual identity graphic design needs such as marketing & advertising materials, user interface visual elements for web pages and applications, publication graphic design such as newsletters and annual reports, and motion graphic design needs.
They should be assisting various departments in translating various aspects into appealing and understandable visual language to promote Quant’s brand awareness and strength. They will also be working with external parties and agencies on visual design development and ensuring that Quant’s standards are applied.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards.
2. Conceptualize and execute both digital and print design elements for all of Quant’s needs.
3. Maintaining and enhancing websites and dashboards by adding and improving design and interactive features.
4. Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.
5. Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
6. Develop and maintain consistent branding for Quant and its subsidiaries so it remains consistent and is used properly by external parties or remote groups.
7. Collaborate with UX, marketing, engineering, and other teams.
8. Collaborate with other designers, front-end web developers, media strategists, and copywriters to develop visual communication.
9. Collaborate with product managers and product design teams to conceptualize and create software.
10. Create and maintain a database of design assets.
11. Responsible for managing print orders and dealing with external suppliers.
12. Executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
13. Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and sitemaps to communicate interaction and design ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field
Experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, Brand identity Developer, Illustrator, etc.

6. Strong command of color theory, image composition, and typography

8. Awareness of UI/UX principles
9. Familiarity with digital photo editing

12. Experience with WordPress or equivalents
13. Comfortable working on bilingual design projects (English and Arabic)
14. Understanding of production, pre-press, print and web-based technologies

Leaves & Holidays Policy
• Annual Leave: 22 business days of paid Annual Leave per contract year.
• Holidays: 11 business days of paid Holidays inclusive of Eid Al Fitr, Eid Al Adha, and Saudi National Day.
• Compassionate Leave: Paid Compassionate Leave of seven 7 calendar days, in the event of death of employee’s parent, spouse, or child.

Housing Allowance
Employees who do not receive housing by the Company receive a Housing Allowance of 25% of the employees basic salary.

Communication Allowance
Employees who do not receive communication means by the Company receive a Communication Allowance of 10% of the employees basic salary.
