Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing visual content for both digital and print platforms, with a strong understanding of real estate marketing. If you're passionate about visual storytelling and brand consistency, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Design engaging marketing materials including brochures, social media content, presentations, and digital ads.
Create visual concepts that align with the company’s branding and real estate campaigns.
Develop content for social media platforms, websites, and print materials.
Collaborate with the marketing team and photographers/videographers to deliver consistent, high-quality visuals.
Handle multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Prepare final artwork for production and ensure quality control.
Support the design needs of other departments as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in real estate or a marketing agency.
Portfolio showcasing relevant design projects (must be submitted with application).
Knowledge of real estate trends and property marketing is a plus.
