Job Description

1) PM Department candidate:

Portfolios are structured to target sources of superior returns for the clients. Portfolio Management is responsible for the daily oversight and management of company portfolios and implements our investment philosophy across all our investment solutions. In addition to overseeing and enhancing this process, portfolio managers also interact with current and prospective clients.

Responsibilities:

-    Support the day-to-day needs of the Portfolio Management desk and investment staff

-    Prepare client and Investment Committee materials

-    Collect market data

-    Participate in the projects developed by the PM Department

Who we are looking for:

-    BS / MS degree in economics, finance, mathematics

-    Proficiency in MS Excel and Power Point

-    Understanding financial markets and financial instruments

-    Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong quantitative skills, a passion for investing, exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask

2)      RE Intern candidate

The Role

Fund management, real estate division is responsible for management of real estate fund and development of real estate solutions for investors.

In this role from day one you will be involved in multiple work-streams within the division. 

You will gain deeper insights into the real estate market and related investment products. You will also build basic skills in market research, financial analysis of real estate projects and gain hands-on experience in fund management. 

Responsibilities

-    Analyzing and assessing real estate projects (different sectors: commercial and residential)

-    Participating in structuring deals, including transactions related to real estate funds

-    Preparing various reports for management, clients and other stakeholders

-    Dealing with various stakeholders, including but not limited to service providers/ consultants

-    Increase of responsibility over the time

Ideal Profile

-          Higher education with major in Economics/business or either quantitative degree

-          Interest in real estate industry and capital markets

-          Good understanding of financial statements, principles of valuation

-          Experience in due diligence, financial analysis of companies, real estate projects or real assets (obtained at work/internships or university projects)

-          Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

-          Organized and ready to work in multi-tasking and fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

3) Operations Department:

We are seeking graduates with BS degrees to join our internship program. This program will expose interns to the day-to-day activities of the Company.

The operation’s part of organization functioning includes a wide range of tasks to ensure the process of investment and control of the Client’s and Company’s cash and financial flows. Operations department is responsible for the daily operational procedures, includes all kinds of operations, like cash transactions, securities operations and support functions for all Company’s solutions. In addition, the Operations department is responsible for the accounting system developing, accounting and reconciliation process for clean data keeping for the accurate accounting process

Responsibilities:

-          Support the basis operation day procedures (Routine operations, rates and prices uploading etc.);

-          Prepare regular and target meeting materials;

-          Analysis of the legislation changes according to the operations functionality;

-          Technical tasks forming for the system developing (optional);

-          Participate in the projects developed by the Operations Department;

-          Documents workflow controlling functions (according to the procedures);

-          Base accounting functions
