Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the top-tier developers in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Sr. Manager who will be responsible for managing stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and engage with all Government Authorities at an early stage.
- Ensure all stakeholder engagement approval programs are conducted according to the predetermined strategy during all project design and construction stages. - Notify the Project Manager of any potential risks in the permitting process that could impact the schedule and status via dashboards submitted periodically - Support all related internal parties with the overall permitting process to secure required project approvals, NOCs and permits. - Ensure that all required documents are delivered on schedule and according to authorities requirements, guidelines & standards in order to ensure submittals and approvals are done on time. - Making sure that all stakeholder engagement is recorded and properly stored in the stakeholder database.
Requirements
- University Degree preferred, not essential
- Must have prior work experience required in Abu Dhabi
- Preferably the candidate must have worked formerly with the Local Authorities.
