Job Description

A new role has come up with a well-know facilities management based in Abu Dhabi. Our client is looking for General Foreman-Site who will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals of shooting range projects, specifically construction and fit out works.

Other responsibilities will include but not limited to:

managing Construction and fit out from start till completion
coordinating tasks for the day, creating schedules for workers, overseeing quality of the site.
preparing employee, project schedules, and allocate general & daily responsibilities.
Preparing daily communication with personnel or representatives at site and/or regular meetings.
supervising the systems installation / fit out / construction activities carried out by contractor/s, or by an in-house team
ensuring projects are completed within the intended completion dates.
managing, monitor, and administer third party vendor’s contracts and work at site.
ensuring the highest level of HSE and Quality practices at site.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria:

Able to read and interpret CAD drawing.
Construction / Fit out experience is a Must.
Should have minimum 6 years’ experience out of which 3 years in UAE. Should have Site Management experience.
Should have good written and verbal skill in English.
Knowledge of planning in primavera
Knowledge and experience in MEP work
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering and PMP Certification would be added advantage.
