Job Title: General Manager / Account Manager
Location: Ajman, UAE
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive General Manager / Account Mananger to oversee the operations of our Property Management division for one of our esteemed client , who generates multi-million Dirhams in revenue annually (based in Ajman).You will become part of a vibrant and expanding team.The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of properties, maintaining tenant satisfaction, and optimizing operational performance. This role requires strong leadership, financial management, and problem-solving skills to handle tenant payments, requests, and property-related issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day property management operations to ensure smooth functioning and compliance with company policies.
  • Verify and monitor tenant payments, follow up on outstanding balances, and implement effective rent collection strategies.
  • Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests promptly to ensure high levels of tenant satisfaction.
  • Manage property maintenance and repairs by coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize occupancy rates and minimize vacancies.
  • Ensure compliance with local property laws, lease agreements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare financial reports, analyze budgets, and efficiently manage property-related expenses.
  • Lead and supervise property management staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Conduct periodic property inspections to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of buildings and facilities.
  • Implement and improve operational procedures to enhance efficiency and the tenant experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting,Commerce.
  • 2-5 years of experience in property management, real estate, or a similar role.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and financial reporting.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  • UAE Driving License is required.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary: AED 6,000
