Our client is a financial services technology platform and as part of their growth, we are recruiting UAE / GCC experienced FX business development and relationship managers from the financial services – FOREX, CFD and HNWI investments sector to join their investments division in the UAE.
The successful candidate will be experienced FX sales manager or relationship manager who is comfortable with networking, prospecting new clients, follow up on leads through outbound calling and emails to maximize conversions and achieve monthly revenue sales targets.
Candidates must have a transferable book of existing clients.
Role Summary
Prospect, nurture leads, acquire new clients and open accounts for individuals to achieve growth of the eFX trading platform and achieve defined sales targets.
Identify new growth opportunities for increasing volume and revenue sales from existing clients.
Provide FX advice, guidance and transactional support to individuals who are investing in FOREX and manage a portfolio of retail customers by telephone and email.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
5+ years’ experience of working on an e-trading platform, FX or on similar financial markets software products - FOREX, CFD products, MT4, MT5 and similar trading platforms.
Experience in FX negotiations and trading, familiar with FX rates, FX hedging products and alternate currencies.
Familiar with FOREX deal requirements, execution principles and compliance guidelines.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the experience to analyze foreign exchange data.
Candidate Profile
Currently living in the UAE or GCC.
Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak good business English.
Fluency in Russian, Mandarin or Farsi is mandatory.
Ability and aptitude to learn financial markets products and services.
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills with strong relationship building skills
Energetic self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced emerging environment.
