Job Description

Black & Grey HR is hiring a fresher with an IT background for our client in the luxury building materials industry based in Dubai, UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent IT graduate to kickstart their career in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across departments.

- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and office equipment.

- Support users with day-to-day technical queries and troubleshoot common IT problems.

- Maintain and update IT inventory and documentation of hardware/software assets.

- Help streamline internal workflows through automation and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, cloud platforms).

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Good understanding of Windows operating systems, networking basics, and common office applications.

- Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware/software issues.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under minimal supervision.
